Alwaleed rescued Citigroup from a previous mortgage meltdown w/ $550M.
He owns 2 yachts (one 282' long, the 2nd being built is 3x as long), 300 cars, a 747, has ordered an Airbus A380, & 2 palaces (ea. w/ 317 rooms).

He refuses to sell any of these to help Citigroup & expects the US taxpayers to pay $20B up front and guarantee $306B worth of bad loans at the company.
This guy's a piece of work -- and he expects us to take HIS word that Vikram Pandit is the right guy to work Citigroup into profitability?
